All services are delivered by senior engineers. We do not send junior technicians or volume-based subcontract labour.

Prices below are indicative and based on Midlands locations, including Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – Midlands

Per system, per visit

1–3 systems: £95 per unit
4–6 systems: £70 per unit
7–15 systems: £55 per unit
16+ systems: £40–£45 (site-specific / POA)

PPM visits include condition reporting and fault identification only.
Diagnostic investigation to determine root cause, testing, or confirmation of repairs is excluded and quoted separately.

Air Conditioning Diagnostics – Midlands

Fixed system diagnostic assessment: £90

This includes:

• Senior-level air conditioning fault diagnosis
• Root-cause identification
• Clear explanation of findings
• Next-step recommendations

The £90 diagnostic visit covers attendance, testing and reporting.

Diagnostics are carried out before any repair, replacement or installation decisions are discussed.

Repairs are quoted separately and only carried out with approval.

You are paying for expert diagnosis, not time on site.

Repairs & Remedial Works

All repairs are quoted separately following diagnostics.

Parts, refrigerant, specialist access equipment and return visits are charged in addition.

No work is carried out without approval.

London & Congestion-Charge Zones

Air conditioning servicing in London and congestion-charge zones is quoted on a site-specific basis due to access, travel time and operating costs.

London work is offered for multi-unit or block-booked sites only.

Commercial Payment Terms

Commercial services are invoiced in arrears unless otherwise agreed.

Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date for approved business customers.

Purchase orders must be provided where required prior to attendance.

Parts, refrigerant, specialist equipment, and return visits are charged separately.

Deposits may be required for non-standard works, parts orders, or remedial repairs.

Contract clients receive priority scheduling and continuity of service.

Domestic Pricing & Payment Terms

Domestic Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Pricing

We also provide diagnostic-led servicing and repair for domestic air-conditioning and heat-pump systems.

Domestic work is not priced on a per-task or menu basis. All domestic jobs begin with a fixed diagnostic visit, after which any repair, remedial work or replacement is clearly explained and quoted.

Domestic Payment Terms

Domestic services are payable on completion of the visit or agreed works.

Where parts, refrigerant or return visits are required, payment may be requested in advance for those items.

No additional work is carried out without customer approval.

Ongoing Domestic Servicing

Where domestic clients request regular servicing or annual maintenance, a simple service agreement may be offered.

These arrangements are priced on a per-system basis and follow the same diagnostic-led, compliance-focused approach used for our commercial clients.
