All services are delivered by an F-Gas Cat 1 qualified engineer. Klymatec holds CHAS Advanced accreditation and £5m public liability insurance. These prices reflect senior-engineer delivery, structured reporting and compliance-aware servicing.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – Midlands

All PPM visits include condition reporting, F-Gas log updates where applicable, and written findings. Compliance documentation is provided as standard.

Per system, per visit:

1–3 systems: £95 per unit
4–6 systems: £70 per unit
7–15 systems: £55 per unit
16+ systems: £40–£45 (site-specific)

PPM visits are structured around condition assessment and early fault identification.

Air Conditioning Diagnostics – Midlands

Fixed diagnostic assessment: £90 per system.

This includes:

• Structured fault investigation
• Performance testing and measurement
• Clear explanation of findings
• Written next-step recommendations

Repairs are quoted separately and only carried out with approval.

Repairs & Remedial Works

All repairs are quoted following diagnostics.

Parts, refrigerant, specialist access equipment and return visits are charged separately. No work proceeds without approval.

General Pricing Information

• Prices exclude VAT (where applicable)
• Final pricing depends on system type, access and condition
• Annual PPM and compliance contracts available

Commercial Payment Terms

Commercial services are invoiced in arrears unless otherwise agreed.

Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date for approved business customers.

Purchase orders must be provided prior to attendance where required.

Deposits may be required for non-standard works or parts orders.

London & Congestion-Charge Zones

Servicing in London and congestion-charge zones is quoted on a site-specific basis due to access and operating costs. London work is offered for multi-unit or contract sites.

Domestic Servicing

Domestic air-conditioning and heat-pump work follows the same diagnostic-led model.

All domestic jobs begin with a fixed diagnostic visit. Repairs or remedial works are quoted clearly before proceeding.

Domestic services are payable on completion unless otherwise agreed.
